Almuerzo





Since graduating and moving back home I've been trying to cook more and eat healthy. Today's lunch was a pinto and black bean salad with Latin flair. Isn't it so colorful? And, it's simply seasoned with lime juice, pepper, and diced cilantro. Super duper easy. I heated up yellow corn tortillas with queso cotija to add a little more volume to the meal. Yummers.
