My roommate Esther introduced this recipe for a personal pizza. Super easy, super yummy in my tummy. It's essentially a pita, hummus, mozzarella cheese and whatever toppings your little heart desires. This time I used spinach, tomato, and mushrooms. A little salt and pepper and ten minutes in the oven set at 350 degrees makes this a delightful meal/snack.

A lovely way to celebrate a lovely day :)
